HEARING CONCERNING PERMIT APPLICATION FOR HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL SOLID WASTE FACILITY

(a) A hearing on an application for a permit concerning a hazardous industrial solid waste facility must include one session held in the county in which the facility is located.
(b) Notice for a hearing session held under this section shall be provided in accordance with Section 361.0791.
