(a) On August 1 of each year the commission shall publish a list of new motor vehicle models eligible for inclusion in an incentive under this subchapter. The commission shall publish supplements to that list as necessary to include additional new vehicle models.
(b) The commission shall publish the list of eligible motor vehicle models on the commission's Internet website.
