EXEMPTIONS

Known as the Frozen Desserts Manufacturer Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 440.001–440.032 (16 sections).

This chapter does not apply to:

(1) a person operating a frozen desserts retail establishment; or

(2) a person operating a retail store unless the person is also a manufacturer.
