Tex. Health & Safety Code § 481.127

OFFENSE: UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Known as the Texas Controlled Substances Act

The act spans §§ 481.001–481.354 (126 sections).

(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly gives, permits, or obtains unauthorized access to information submitted to the board under Section 481.074(q) or 481.075.

(b) An offense under this section is a state jail felony.
