Tex. Health & Safety Code § 501.004

DESIGNATION OF STRONG SENSITIZER

Before designating a substance as a strong sensitizer, the department must determine that the substance has a significant potential for causing hypersensitivity considering the frequency of occurrence and the severity of the reaction.
