HOSPITAL DISTRICTS

Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 1, eff

(a) The department shall divide the state into hospital districts.

(b) The department may change the districts.

(c) The department shall designate the state hospitals to which persons with mental illness from each district shall be admitted.
