Tex. Health & Safety Code § 81.043

RECORDS AND REPORTS OF HEALTH AUTHORITY

Known as the Communicable Disease Prevention and Control Act

The act spans §§ 81–81 (155 sections).

(a) Each health authority shall keep a record of each case of a reportable disease that is reported to the authority.

(b) A health authority shall report reportable diseases to the department's central office at least as frequently as the interval set by department rule.

(c) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 3.1639(28), eff. April 2, 2015.
