Tex. Health & Safety Code § 93.005

CONSULTANTS; ADVISORY COMMITTEE

To advise and assist the council with respect to the council's duties under this chapter, the council may appoint one or more:

(1) consultants to the council; or

(2) advisory committees under Chapter 2110, Government Code.
