MEETINGS

Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 732 (H.B. 2344), Sec. 5, eff

(a) The council shall meet at least quarterly and shall adopt rules for the conduct of its meetings.

(b) An action taken by the council must be approved by a majority of the voting members present.
