RULEMAKING

Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 359 (S.B. 288), Sec. 1, eff

(a) The executive commissioner may adopt rules for the department to implement this chapter.

(b) The executive commissioner may not adopt rules that conflict with or duplicate any federally mandated infection reporting program or requirement.
