Tex. Ins. Code § 1151.051

POLICY TITLE

Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 2, eff

An industrial life insurance policy must contain a title on the face of the policy that:

(1) briefly describes the form of the policy; and

(2) includes the printed words "Industrial Policy."
