NEWSPAPER OR OTHER PUBLISHER

Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 3, eff

(a) A blanket accident and health insurance policy may be issued to a newspaper or other publisher to cover the publisher's carriers.

(b) The publisher is the policyholder under a policy to which this section applies.
