DISCLOSURE OF SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

The board of trustees may require an individual to disclose the individual's social security number as the board considers necessary to properly administer this chapter and any coverage, service, or benefit authorized by this chapter or as otherwise required by state or federal law.
