MEETINGS

Known as the Texas Public School Retired Employees Group Benefits Act

The act spans §§ 1575.001 to 1575.506 (105 sections).

(a) The committee shall meet:

(1) at least twice each year; and

(2) at the call of the trustee.

(b) If there is an emergency, the committee may meet at the call of a majority of the members of the committee.
