Tex. Ins. Code § 2053.034

Each insurance company shall file with the department a copy of the insurance company's underwriting guidelines. The insurance company shall update its filing each time the underwriting guidelines are changed. If a group of insurance companies files one set of underwriting guidelines for the group, the group shall identify which underwriting guidelines apply to each insurance company in the group.
