FEE FOR CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY

Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff

(a) An applicant for the issuance or renewal of a certificate of authority must pay a nonrefundable fee in an amount set by the commissioner when the applicant files the application.

(b) The fee may not exceed $200.
