ISSUANCE OF BONDS AUTHORIZED
Known as the Texas Medical Liability Insurance Underwriting Association Act
The act spans §§ 2203.001 to 2203.406 (55 sections).

On behalf of the association and subject to Section 2203.355, the Texas Public Finance Authority shall issue revenue bonds to:
(1) fund the policyholder's stabilization reserve fund for nursing homes and assisted living facilities under Section 2203.303;
(2) pay costs related to issuing the bonds; and
(3) pay other costs related to the bonds as determined by the board.
