TERMS OF ISSUANCE

Known as the Texas Medical Liability Insurance Underwriting Association Act

The act spans §§ 2203.001 to 2203.406 (55 sections).

Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 727 (H.B. 2017), Sec. 2, eff

(a) Bonds issued under this subchapter may be issued at a public or private sale.

(b) Bonds must:

(1) be issued in the name of the association; and

(2) mature not more than 10 years after the date issued.
