AUDIT OF ASSOCIATION
Known as the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association Act

(a) The association is subject to audit by the state auditor and shall pay the costs incurred by the state auditor in performing an audit under this section.
(b) The association shall pay the costs described by Subsection (a) promptly after receipt of a statement from the state auditor's office regarding the amount of those costs.
