ACTING AS AGENT AFTER LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION; CRIMINAL PENALTY

(a) A person commits an offense if the person acts as an agent after the person's agent license has been suspended or revoked.

(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.
