ACTUARY'S OPINION ON ADEQUACY OF LOSS RESERVES

In addition to any other required loss reserve certification, a manager who establishes loss reserves shall provide annually, or more frequently as required by other law, an opinion from an actuary attesting to the adequacy of the loss reserves established for losses incurred and outstanding on business produced by the manager.
