AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS: FORM OF MINIMUM CAPITAL AND SURPLUS

An insurer may invest the insurer's funds in excess of minimum capital and surplus in any manner authorized by Section 822.204 for investment of the insurer's minimum capital and surplus.
