AUTHORIZED INVESTMENTS FOR ALL FUNDS: LOANS SECURED BY CERTAIN COLLATERAL SECURED BY REAL PROPERTY

An insurer may loan any of the insurer's funds and accumulations and take as collateral an obligation secured by a first lien on real property or a leasehold estate that is eligible to secure a loan under Section 425.214.
