CERTAIN EXPENSES OF RECEIVERSHIP OR CONSERVATORSHIP ESTATE COVERED

An administration expense incurred in processing or paying a claim against a receivership or conservatorship estate is a covered claim if the impaired insurer has insufficient assets to pay the expenses of administering the estate.
