Tex. Ins. Code § 463.104

ASSOCIATION RECORDS

Known as the Texas Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act

(a) The association shall maintain a record of each negotiation or meeting in which the association or the association's representative discusses the association's activities in carrying out the powers and duties under Section 463.101, 463.103, 463.109, or 463.111(c) or Subchapter F.

(b) A record under Subsection (a) may be made public only on:

(1) termination of a liquidation, rehabilitation, or conservation proceeding involving the impaired or insolvent insurer;

(2) termination of the impairment or insolvency of the insurer; or

(3) order of a court.

(c) This section does not limit the association's duty to report on the association's activities as required by Section 463.110.
