PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL MARKET CONDUCT DATABASES

Known as the Insurance Market Conduct Surveillance Act

(a) The commissioner shall collect and report market data to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' market information systems, including the complaint database system, the examination tracking system, the regulatory information retrieval system, or other successor systems of that association, as determined by the commissioner.

(b) Information collected and maintained by the department shall be compiled in a manner that meets the requirements of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
