LIMIT ON CERTAIN EXAMINATIONS

Known as the Insurance Market Conduct Surveillance Act

The commissioner may not conduct a market conduct examination more frequently than once every three years. The commissioner may defer conducting a market conduct examination for longer than once every three years.
