INVESTMENT OF CERTAIN SURPLUS BY ORGANIZING COMPANY

If the company that organizes a limited purpose subsidiary life insurance company is a domestic life insurance company, the organizing company may invest funds from the organizing company's surplus in the limited purpose subsidiary life insurance company.
