DENIAL OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY
Known as the Texas Health Maintenance Organization Act

(a) If the commissioner certifies that the health maintenance organization's proposed plan of operation does not meet the requirements of Section 843.082, the commissioner may not issue a certificate of authority.
(b) The commissioner shall notify the applicant that the plan is deficient and specify the deficiencies.
