USE OF CERTAIN TERMS IN ADVERTISING

A stipulated premium company may not use in its advertising or representation of a policy the words "legal reserve company," "stock company," "old line legal reserve company," or words of similar meaning that might lead the public to believe that a policy provides nonforfeiture values.
