VOTING BY POLICYHOLDER

Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff

(a) Each policyholder of a farm mutual insurance company is entitled to only one vote at a policyholders' meeting.

(b) A policyholder may not vote by proxy.

(c) A farm mutual insurance company may provide in its constitution or bylaws that a policyholder may vote electronically or by mail without making a personal appearance at a policyholders' meeting.
