VOTING BY POLICYHOLDERS

Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff

(a) Each policyholder of a county mutual insurance company is entitled to only one vote at a policyholders' meeting.

(b) A policyholder may not vote by proxy unless the company's bylaws specifically authorize voting in that manner.
