Tex. Ins. Code § 912.752

FRAUDULENT OPERATION OR IMPROPER CONTESTS: REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY

After notice and hearing, the commissioner shall revoke the certificate of authority of a county mutual insurance company that is:

(1) operating fraudulently; or

(2) improperly contesting the company's claims.
