HAZARDOUS FINANCIAL CONDITION, SUPERVISION, CONSERVATORSHIP, AND LIQUIDATION; IMPAIRMENT OF SURPLUS

(a) Subchapter A, Chapter 404, and Chapters 441 and 443 apply to a Lloyd's plan engaged in the business of insurance in this state.

(b) Subchapter B, Chapter 404, applies to a Lloyd's plan.
