Tex. Lab. Code § 101.156

OFFENSE; PENALTY

Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff

(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 101.152, 101.153, 101.154, or 101.155. Each separate act of violation constitutes a separate offense.

(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:

(1) a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500;

(2) confinement in jail for not more than 90 days; or

(3) both the fine and confinement.
