PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYER ORGANIZATION

Known as the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 201–215 (345 sections).

For the purposes of this subtitle, "professional employer organization" has the meaning assigned by Section 91.001.
