UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION FUND

Known as the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 201–215 (345 sections).

(a) Extended benefits shall be paid from the compensation fund.

(b) Payments made by the federal government for its share of extended benefits shall be deposited in the compensation fund.
