CRIMINAL OFFENSE OF INTERFERENCE; PENALTY

Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff

(a) A person commits an offense if the person wilfully resists, prevents, impedes, or interferes with the performance of a duty under or the exercise of a power provided by this chapter.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
