RECORD

Known as the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 201.001 to 215.044 (345 sections).

(a) A complete record shall be kept of proceedings in connection with a disputed claim.

(b) Testimony at any hearing on a disputed claim shall be recorded.
