PETITION; SUPERSEDEAS

Known as the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 201.001 to 215.044 (345 sections).

(a) A petition in an action under this subchapter must state the grounds on which review is sought.

(b) A petition for judicial review does not act as a supersedeas.
