OFFENSES REGARDING REPORTS AND RECORDS

Known as the Texas Unemployment Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 201–215 (345 sections).

Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff

(a) A person commits an offense if the person wilfully fails or refuses to:

(1) furnish a report required under this subtitle; or

(2) produce or permit the inspection or copying of records as required under this subtitle.

(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
