DEFINITIONS

Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 302, Sec. 2

In this subchapter:

(1) "Director" means the director of the division.

(2) "Division" means the civil rights division of the commission.

(3) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1138 , Sec. 30(7), eff. September 1, 2015.
