ADOPTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF RULES

Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 713, Sec. 1, eff

(a) The commission may adopt reasonable rules to administer and enforce this chapter.

(b) The commission shall distribute a copy of the rules to each eligible institution.
