ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS

Known as the Texas Workers' Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 401.001 to 419.007 (623 sections).

(a) The division may accept gifts, grants, or donations as provided by rules adopted by the commissioner.
