RECOMMENDATIONS TO LEGISLATURE

Known as the Texas Workers' Compensation Act

The act spans §§ 401.001 to 419.007 (623 sections).

(a) The commissioner shall consider and recommend to the legislature changes to this subtitle.

(b) The commissioner shall forward the recommended changes to the legislature not later than December 1 of each even-numbered year.
