SEWERS AND PLUMBING

Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff

A municipality that has underground sewers or cesspools shall regulate by ordinance:

(1) the tapping of the sewers and cesspools; and

(2) house draining and plumbing.
