COMPOSITION

Known as the Civic Center Authority Act

The act spans §§ 281.001 to 281.093 (51 sections).

(a) An authority may include the area of any county or part of a county, including municipalities and other political subdivisions.

(b) An authority may consist of noncontiguous tracts.
