Known as the Civic Center Authority Act
The act spans §§ 281.001 to 281.093 (51 sections).

(a) The board shall hold regular meetings to conduct authority business and may hold special meetings as required by authority business.
(b) The board shall hold its meetings in one of its designated meeting places.
(c) Any interested person may attend any meeting of the board.
