ELIGIBLE MUNICIPALITIES

Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff

A municipality that borders on the Gulf of Mexico and has a population of 50,000 or more may use and occupy for park purposes gulf tidelands and adjacent water as provided by this chapter.
