HEARING

Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff

On the application of any person, the commissioners court of a county shall hold a hearing to determine if land dedicated as a county park is undesirable for park purposes and if the park should be closed and abandoned. The commissioners court may conduct such a hearing on its own motion.
